When will the pain go away?
The love I have is here to stay
I don’t understand why I hurt
You walked on me like I was dirt
I let you have what you wanted
But now I just feel haunted
It seems that you’re always here
And strangely I don’t feel fear
Just a constant sense of longing
I’m just missing
All the passion we used possessed
I never realized it had lessed
I hate the pain that I feel
But it does remind me that this was real.
