* They did pass the unemployment extension at least, thanks to the Maine republicans joining the Democrats on the vote along with the newly sworn in senator from West Virginia. The medicaid help though? Gone the way of teacher jobs.

* It's been pointed out that the web site that broke that story is affiliated with the tea party and the person posting said specifically they posted that clip to get back at the NAACP for calling the tea party out for racism.
