A More Private Location

< Zachary, > Flan responded without turning. < I assume you're here to attempt to finish the job? I really don't think four times will be the charm. >

"Correct me if I'm wrong," the woman with blue hair [1] said, "but the girl and the old man are both human, right?"

"Yes," the woman with gray hair [2] replied.

"Okay," the blue haired woman said, "then since when does Flan refer to anyone without a drop of dragon's blood in them by their proper names?"

"You are a long winded family, aren't you?" Zach asked. "For now, begone. I need a private word with my daughter and my wife."

Flan chuckled. < Don't flatter yourself. I never married you. In any custom. >

"Yes, but I did bang you," Zachary said. "And the results are right there standing in front of you."

"Flan, who's this soon to be lunch?" the blue haired woman asked.

< He's the clown who made me so pretty when my powers aren't working, > Flan replied sarcastically. Dropping the sarcasm, Flan added, < I wouldn't bother trying to attack him. He's got my same powers even if he's weaker than I am--after all, the pansy couldn't even kill me even after all the damage he inflicted. >

Frowning, Zachary flicked his wrist and sent the two dragons in human form flying to the other end of Green Shade. With another flick of his wrist, Zachary tied up the human-dragon halfbreed. "I have no use for those two--though I do have a contract to bring this little halfbreed hatchling to some clients willing to pay high price for him." [3]

Without waiting for the others to react, Zach transported the four of them to a destroyed castle [4]. Keeping a ring of restricted power around Flan and Annamarie, Zach dragged a bound and gagged Xink up to a row of ten hooded figures and tossed him at their feet. "There. The b*****d offspring of the Gray Leviathan and the spy."

< You can't leave him here! > Flan exclaimed as one of the cloaked people handed Zach a bagful of gold. < He won't have a chance here and he's only a child! >

"But they pay well," Zach said once he was near Flan and Annamarie again. "And I could care less about his welfare. And don't give me that look, Annamarie. You already knew I was a monster when you saw me attack your mother here."

Transporting them to a dying world, Zach removed the telepathic bonds from them. "Now what am I going to do with the two of you since little Annamarie went and killed my employers?"

Captured...Again

When the man who captured him, Flan, and apparently Flan's daughter disappeared, one of the hooded figures approached and lifted Xink off the ground by the front of his shirt. Removing the gag from Xink's mouth, the hooded figure said, "So. You're the halfbreed brat of the Gray Leviathan and the spy Riku."

"Yeah, so?" Xink said. "And who are you? An undead member of the former Organization XIII?"

Pulling his head back, the man holding Xink said, "I am Vexen."

"Oh, so YOU'RE the pansy that mom's--" Vexen slammed Xink into the ground. "GAH!"

Picking Xink back up Vexen said, "I'll not have any of your backtalk, halfbreed."

Coughing, Xink said, "Really, if you think I'll be scared of a zombie you've got another thing coming."

As the other organization members lowered their hoods [5], Vexen said, "We are not zombies. We are replicas of our former selves. The original Vexen had created several clones of himself set to activate one at a time if something should ever happen to him. The memories and experiences of the original Organization have been passed onto us."

"Like I even care," Xink said. "Besides, what the hell does this have to do with me?"

"You contain the genetic markers of the last three of the Organization," Vexen said. "Though we do not require the assistance of Roxas anymore, you do hold within you another we had our eye on with the ability to wield Keyblades and so shall be the thirteenth."

Before Xink could understand what Vexen was talking about, Vexen shoved his shield into Xink's chest, piercing his heart. Dropping Xink, Vexen stood back so the others could stab Xink with their own weapons. Falling to his knees, Xink looked in dying surprise at the others. "W...why?"

"To extract Xemnas, Axel, and awaken Chixalam," Vexen replied with a twisted grin.
