Rose: Finding No Dull Moments
"So are you sure you don't want to stay? See how adept I may or may not be at running a country of foxes?" Rose asked Taran. She was fairly certain that his departure was due to a lack of interest in kitsune-Rose.
"No, Your Majesty. I have... other-"
Taran's response was cut off by a warning siren. "DOS?" Taran asked.
"Captain. The sensors have picked up distress from the beings on the ground below. Shall we depart, or assist?" DOS's unemotional voice portrayed no personal view on either option.
"We help. Or, at least, you wait until I get off before you leave!" Rose answered instead, while running for the elevator.
Seconds later, Rose ran down the ramp to find Dragon on Xangord, and Nogard looking a little too smug. She caught Dragon say that something was "lovely", but in that sarcasm that was typical Dragon, and then comment that she was too sore to do anything about... well, anything, it seemed.
Rose rushed over, and quickly Healed the superficial wounds on Dragon, and then Xangord, just to be safe.
"Who has Xink?" Rose asked, confused. She saw out of the corner of her eye a kitsune with red dreds come running her way, and knew that she wouldn't get to find out first hand the answer to that. Sam wasn't about to allow her to leave again so soon.

Taran: Finding No Dull Moments
As Rose left the deck, Taran quickly told DOS they were not going anywhere. He made to run after her- catch the elevator, even. (My she is a spry thing these days! Must be the kitsune blood!- he thought) But that thought was replaced before he had time to recover. The single white gem on his bracelet was glowing. He had a mission again.
"DOS, as soon as she's clear, we need to clear atmo. Got it?" Taran said simply, and sighed before sitting back down.
"Yes Captain. Do we have a heading?" DOS returned.
"Not yet, we don't. But the guy who made this ship my personal gift for services rendered seems to think that it's going to be a boon to my own ability to perform said services." Taran answered dully. "We wait for orders in orbit."

Se'rox: Finding No Dull Moments
After seeing the stranger shift himself, Flan and Xink to another place without using a portal, Se'rox shook her head. That had been unexpected. And shifting places without a portal... definately not something she relished seeing again soon.
And seeing Xangord there, Se'rox suddenly found herself in a perplexing situation. She knew that Xangord would be off shortly to rescue her son, just as Se'rox had run off to rescue her. Somehow this train of thought led her to Zuchax III; the first person that would run off to rescue herself.
"Good luck, Xangord." Se'rox said simply, before creating a portal and stepping through. She was certain the Gray Leviathon would come for her if she were truly needed.
Once in the portal network, Se'rox immediately opened one to Kaku's house. Specifically, the one she and Zuchax III had taken up residence in for some time. But it wasn't there. Se'rox found herself shaking her head again- a thing she did by habit for the benefit of others.
"Oh come now." A voice said from behind her. Se'rox didn't bother turning. Doing so was only an advantage to the sighted. "I had thought that finding you alone would be much more... interesting than this. Well, glad I found you. And just in time. I've got somewhere else to be."
Se'rox sighed. "Maybe you do, Zexion." she said, turning slowly, disturbing the ground beneath her as she did. "But you never really did understand me. Perhaps it was your youth that always left you a little behind?" she said, flicking a wrist forward. A whip of mud flashed out at Zexion's face, and he dove to the side.
"Please? Mud flinging? Who is the child now?" Zexion taunted. He quickly did what he had always done best, and created illusions of himself to throw Se'rox off.
Se'rox turned, sensing the multiple Zexions. "What do you want?" Se'rox asked, continuously circling to keep the multitude of Zexions from being at her back.
"I want to be the one to bring you to Xemnas, of course." Zexion said. "I thought that would be obvious. We've got such excellent plans for you, you see." he said flauntingly.
"Well good for you." Se'rox said, and stopped abruptly. She stood up straight, and her eyebrows furrowed together. "There's just one thing. I'm not going anywhere... and neither are you."
Zexion only had one moment to contemplate how it was that Se'rox suddenly spun and faced the real him before he was sucked fifteen feet into the muddy earth.
"Illusions only sound and look like the original, idiot." Se'rox said, not even caring if he could hear her through the ground that was quickly drying back up. "And I see with the echoes of matter on earth. Illusions make no such impressions."
Se'rox opened a portal again, and stepped back out into the abysmal plane of the in-betweens. She closed the portal behind her before heading out- which made her stomach lurch. It always felt, physically, like she was walking on nothing. She could feel solidity under her feet, but no reverberations. She wiggled her toes, as she tried to put the pieces together. Where to find Zuchax III?
