Hello everyone! i want to tell some girls what i think is a good way to wear vampire makeup for the eyes use black eyeliner(water line) &
(top lash line) it makes your eyelashes appear bigger and use black and whit eyeshadow to make a gray ! use black eyeliner to make a thick line on your eye lid. use the black and white (gray) to put over the thick line (stop at the your creese! for the lips use a dark red or burgundy both colors are fine.
