This is always been a topic that I usually don't talk about, but I honestly have some strong opinions about it.

I was raised to be a Catholic. I remember my mom taking me to church, I don't remember my dad for some reason but he probably came, and I just didn't really see the point of it. All I did was sit for a long time until we left while my parents listened to the sermon. I thought this was only for my parents, not for me. So when I was around..elementary and early middle school age, I just kinda checked out and sat there until mass was over.

However I actually listened for a change after a while. I listened to the sermon especially. I don't view church as religious thing, I really think religious is..well, annoying. I see it as guidance. Guidance from God. He gives us wisdom so we can live our lives here until we move onto..wherever God has planned us to go to. It's seriously refreshing. I used to not want to go, but for some..odd reason, going to church just fills me up with more hope so I can get through the week.

I don't pray often. And I probably should. Because whenever I think 'NO ONE IS HERE TO HELP ME </3' I know from the back of my head that I could just simply pray to Him. I didn't really know what praying was, before. I thought you had to be all..respectful and stuff, but I think you should just talk to God like he's your best friend trying to help you out. xD ... one of my prayers: "Dude, God, thanks for _____. You're awesome. I love you!" Seriously. That's all you need to do. I really thought there was some certain way but all you need to do is just address him. xD I'm so stupid. heh.

Alot of people ask why there are bad things in the world. Why isn't God there trying to help us? Here's the thing - I think God can't control everything. He creates. Then he sets us off to do whatever. We are individuals, and God is our creator. For example, if you're about to cheat off a test or whatever God can't just make the test disappear and you can't cheat off it anymore. He can logically do something that could prevent that, but it's up to YOU if you cheat off it or not. Storms. God cannot control this. Storms are the combination of things that he created himself. I honestly think that God does not have this ultimate power to control everything. I think he only has enough power to try to keep us safe from everything. Murderers are humans, and humans are God's creation. He does not plan to make them murderers, they made that choice themselves. These are seriously lame examples, but I hope you get the point.

God is EVERYWHERE. He is there when you need guidance and when you're at your lowest. Even if you don't believe in Him, even if you crack jokes about Him. He's still there, and He'll try His best to get you out of a mess. You may not feel His presence however just believe me, He's there. He's there to help you, and everyone. Because you're His creation, and He'll do anything to protect you.

...finally..The reason I don't talk about this is because..society today just..thinks religious people are well, crazy. How we apparently stuff religion down their throats. I honestly don't want to stuff anything down your throat, that's kinda nasty. However I told you, I have strong opinions about God. I'm pretty sure I'm not brainwashed. This is what I believe. You can think that I'm crazy in having these kinds of thoughts, and I'll just continuing having my opinions. I really just wanted to express this. I have never told anyone this before..

...I just had major deja vu.
