How I feel about this town- the journal of Yumi Honda
I don't own bleach . Yumi is an oc that I'm using in a rp
I don't like this town, it's too weird. I'm Yumi and I'm 16 as of yesterday. I got this journal from my mom as a present. Dad got me a book. It was a nice party . I had my friends from school over. My family just moved here to Karakura town from a small city in eastern Tokyo. My parents are doctors ,so that makes them in demand. My parents jumped at the chance to move here, saying it's safer than our old city. I don't like it here. I have a secret that no one can ever know especially mom and dad. I can see ghosts. I've been able to since I was 7. The only other person I know who saw them was my grandpa. He said that most humans can't see them but he never went into detail why I could. All he said was that I needed to learn how to defend myself. My parents were happy I learned to fight with a sword saying it would give me confidence. I don't have much. I get teased because my mom isn't Japanese , she's an American . I don't know why people can't accept me for who I am and not because I'm not like them. Me seeing ghosts makes being different even worse. Grandpa always said to be proud of both sides. He said it was good to be different . He died last spring and I miss him. He made me my wooden sword and taught me how to use it. He was going to teach me how to use a real katana when I was older. I wonder why he could see ghosts. I don't know much about his and grandma's past.
I wonder why Karakura has so many ghosts? They aren't supposed to exist. My parents are devoted to science and I should be to. Mom's telling me to go to bed. She's going to Tokyo to be with dad. Grandma is very ill and
only has a short time left. I'm going to see her on Saturday. Schools starting
again on Monday . I want to see her before she goes to heaven. At least that's where I think good people go when they die. I don't know much about religion .

To those I'm roleplaying with. I'll be moving soon and that will mean I'll have limited access to Internet. I promise to post as often as I can.
