Because I dressed decora in public today. ^.^;
It went over a LOT better than I thought it would. haha
I was expecting to get ridiculed and laughed at,
but the people who said something to me loved it,
and the people that didn't say anything just left me alone.
It was great. haha
I think I may dress like this more often. =3
It was fun, and I love it. It's such a creative and pretty style.

Btw, in this pic and the one in my profile, I don't have the Hello Kitty plushie I had around my waist because the string I had tied around me holding it on broke earlier today as I was walking around the mall. =[ I just thought I'd point that out. XD
