* The senate voted to end ethanol subsidies, including 33 Republicans. DeMint is floating an amendment to the bill intends to abolish the inheritance tax entirely. Sigh. at least there is hope this loosens Grover Norquist's stranglehold on the Republican Party. Now if only we can prize the evangelical death grip off their gonads....
