Alright, so yesterday I was running in the yard with Rose my dog and while chasing each other I ended up losing balance or my knees gave out and I went face first into the ground and some how flipped over and slid a bit on my left shoulder...I don't know how but my left shoulder seems to have taken most of the damage...odd while my head took full impact first and yet my skull is pretty much fine....maybe. lol
