Mood: OH MY FREAKING GOSH.

So! I have come to the Rio Grande Valley (the most southern tip of Texas), the land where I was born, for my little brother's baseball tournament.
And the first thing that strikes me is the palm trees!
There are so many!
(I am so white.)
And then it is really really hot.
And then I find out that THIS WEEKEND, of ALL weekends, there is an anime con (Omnicon) here! The week I am here! Maybe it is a sign..... Anyhoo, I want to go so bad!!!! T^T
Also, I went to the the the used bookstore my mom used to work at and got three good books (Pretties, A Wind in the Door, and Artemis Fowl) for.... 64 cents! Haha!
