Broken heart

I wait in a graveyard
sitting on my tomb
waiting for you to come
I wait and wait
but you don't show
tears slide from my eyes
they shall never be seen
it rains as I wait in the dark
after so long you finally show
but I'm not happy
a girl clings to your arm as you look through me
she asks 'who's grave is this'
you just smile and shake your head
'no one important'
you start to walk away
but I won't let you
you broke your promise and my heart
so I show myself and say
'You broke my heart
now I shall return the favor'
I grab the girl around the neck
and you watch as she dies
I grab her soul as you pleaded with me
her soul looks at you in hatred
'was I her replacement?' she asks
you just nod as her soul leaves the earth
her words to you are
'than you are the cause of my death'
she disappears as you watch
you turn to me and shake your head
'you just tore out my heart'
I smile 'now we are even'
I turn and walk away as you beg
'just kill me'
I turn and laugh 'no'
my eyes narrow
you pull out a knife and thrust it into your heart
'you shall not escape that easily' I laugh again
'this is your punishment for breaking my heart
you shall wander this earth for all eternity living with this pain'
you stare in horror as I start to fade
My eyes tear up and a tear falls
'Sorry but this is the price all pay for breaking a spirits heart'
I fade away and speak my last words
'I loved you, so why, why did you betray me'
