Sometimes the world sucks and life brings you down.
It’s hard to breathe when it starts to make you drown.
All of the sudden, you’re on your knees and dying,
After a very long time of crying.
No one else seems to understand what you’re going through.
You’re being shunned and there’s nothing you can do.
It’s hard to find that light you so desperately desire,
When the stuff around you is making you expire.
Then you’re there, the time of breaking.
The entire time, your hands are shaking.
You find a way to vent all of your sorrows,
And dream of a way to make better tomorrows.
Your answer is suddenly right in front of your eyes,
It appears just before your untimely demise.
The thing that you’ve been needing all along,
Appears out of no where and it seems like nothing is wrong.
You rise from your knees, determined to keep this light,
The thing you suffered for; to make everything right.
When the time comes, it will disappear,
But don’t be afraid, because your light always be near.
