Well we all know the story of how Shibusen Academy was created, it's a common story told from the beginning of its creation. An academy created for both meisters and weapons to work together. To put aside their differences and battle a common foe. That common foe is the Kishin, an vile creature that feeds off madness and insanity. Anyone in their presence would soon go mad with insanity and kill under the influence of madness, insanity and chaos. To combat these vile creatures, weapon and meister must work together to battle these creatures. While gathering 99 human souls and 1 witch soul. Only with all 100 souls would the weapon become the ultimate weapon, a death scythe. That is their goal and that is what each miester strives for, to make their weapon the ultimate weapon a death scythe, Shinigami-sama's weapon of choice. The creator of the school is none other than Lord Death himself or as he is now known as Shinigami-sama. He made this school for both meisters and weapons, to work together to form the perfect team, to battle the dark forces of both witches and Kishin alike. It had been that way for years, since the creation of the school and it hasn't changed.
Now everyone knows the story of three meisters and their weapons, Maka Aburn with her partner Soul Eater Evan, Black Star with his partner Tsubaki and even Shinigami's own son Death the Kid with his partners Liz and Patty Thompson. Together these three meisters managed to forge bonds of powerful friendship. They have fought back Medusa, Asura an insane kishin that Shinigami sama had trapped within Death City. They even faced off against Crona and Ragnarok, making Medusa's child change their ways. Then just recently, they managed to combat against Noah who held a copy of the fabled Book of Eibon. They even successfully rescued Death the Kid from Noah's clutches, while defeating the crazed collector in the process. These are natural occurrences that happen within the school, while new and old weapons and meisters learn new things everyday. One enemy maybe gone ,but there are always others to take its place. Hence why the school was created to protect all human kind, from the clutches of the Kishin and those who wished to spread chaos across the world.
