Me and my wonderful boyfriend, Bien had a fantastically colourful discussion about the implications and the definition of "awkward turtle" . . .

My golly... The fact that he hadn't heard of the phrase "awkward turtle" might be something one might describe as an "epic fail" rofl

Just thought that was so fascinating. . . The concept of potentially evident cultural differences makes me smile...

IDK I'm just weird like that...

But...

I always feel like I have a lot to learn from him. . .

It's nice to know that there are things he can learn from me too...

On a random note, while I can still recall the events of the day...

I was sitting with Joxi and Zoe at lunch today...

And I was prying at Zoe as to how her interactions and conversations were with my beloved...

We were talking, I was blatantly fangirling when Joxi was like, "Who's this?"

And when I said we were talking about about "my boyfriend" using that exact phrase in a casual manner, both Joxi started aww-ing at me and Zoe was like, "I never thought we'd hear you say that... nawwws..."

And then when I pulled a grumpy face at them Zoe's like, "aww... that face's so cute..."

Quite ironic, ay?
