We get to the boat docks with no problem, which only makes me wonder what's being planned. There, we're the first ones here. The boats are small, one's that have about 3 or 4 seats to them. I make Piers lay on one of the long seats in one of them. He doesn't put up much of an arguement. Soon after, Chris, Claire, and Ada show up. I walk toward them, none of them looking like they we're hurt majorly. Only cut's and bruises. Chris,"Where's Piers?"
"He's on the closest boat. He was shot in the leg twice. I did what I could, but the bleedings not stopping."
Claire and Ada stay with me, beside the boat, but we can still hear them. Chris puts a hand on Piers shoulder,"How are you doing?"
"I'm fine Captain. Just a flesh wound."
Chris smiles,"I'm glad to see you still have a sense of humor."
Chris seams to be taking this well, but I know it's hurting him. With all of the partner's he's lost, that's the one thing that get's to him.
I turn back to Claire and Ada,"Any word from the others?"
Claire and Ada shake their heads. Claire,"Nothing yet. I'm glad your alright."
She smiles and so do I,"Ok? As if that was ever a question?"
She sighs,"Yeah, yeah. I know."
She walks over to Chris, leaving me and Ada some what alone.
