Chris puts a hand on Claire back,"We'll get through this, I promise. You have three of the best fighters in this country with you."
He smiles and she seems less stressed than she was, smiling back.

We decide to run through the lobby, to the garage. It's the most open, and we should be able to find a car or something to get us out of here. Chris moves one of the chairs and slowly opens the door. Raising his gun, he walks out. Piers follows him, Claire after, and I take the back again. Nothing seems to be around as we walk down the hall. Our destination is the elevator at the end of the hall. Claire is tense, but seems to be taking this like she did in Raccoon City. Suddenly, the door next to Claire flies open, sending her backward. I grab her, Piers and Chris turning. They fire at the thing that opened the door. Claire is holding her face and leaning against me. I make her sit against the wall as they continue to shoot. I force her to move her hand and see that her nose has started bleeding. The door is slammed shut and Chris is next to us the next second,"Claire, are you alright?"
She nods, and holds her nose again.
"Her nose is bleeding. Do we have a of towel or something?"
Piers grabs the thin scarf around his neck and gives it to Chris,"Thank you."
Piers nods,"Of course, Captain."
Chris moves Claires hand from her face and holds the scarf there. She has her eyes closed now. The door hit her hard, and her face absorbed all of it. Another door is swung open at the other end of the hallway,"I'll hold them off, get Claire to the door. Piers, cover them."
I'm up and shooting before I finish talking, as is Piers. He's firing at the zombies as well. Chris puts Claire's hand where his was, to hold the scarf, and picks her up. She wraps her other arm around his shoulders as Chris runs toward the elevator. Piers follows, covering them. I start to back up, waiting a few seconds, then run with them. They make it to the elevator as the door across from it opens with another hoard of zombies. Chris hits the buttons for the elevator as I slam against the door before any of them have the chance to get out. Multiple are behind there because I can feel them pounding against the door. When the elevator opens, Chris and Clarie get in. Piers gets in, aiming at the door,"Go!"
Before I can react, a hand goes through the door and it's arm wraps around my neck.
