"What?"
Chris,"They haven't told us who it is, but we're suppose to stay with you two. You need rest."
"I'm fine, stay here with Piers. He has more of an injury than I do."
Piers,"I can fight."
Chris,"No, your both starying here w..."
He's cut off by a loud bang and a scream. I get up, aside from the pain, and so does everyone else. I open the door, then realise I don't have a weapon. I turn and Chris hands me my gun and knife. I nod and take them, putting the knife in my boot. Looking down the hall, I see a woman being held in a sort of choke hole. She's holding the arm around her neck and a gun is being held to her head. I look at Chris who nods. We walk forward. When we get a few feet away the gunman looks at us,"Don't...I'll shoot her!"
I point the gun downward,"I'm not looking for trouble. Let the girl go, and we can discuss..."
The man cuts me off,"No! You'll kill me when I let you go!"
He smiles,"But....everything went according to plan."
Suddenly, people charge at us from all directions. I shoot at the ones to my left, Chris taking the ones to my right. They don't fall, even when shot in the head. I dodge to my right, the others dodging in other directions. They're are too many to take down when they aren't being effected by bullets. Then, something falls. A canister that fills the room with gas immediately. It's tear gas. I see Ada next to me. She's coughing as hard as I am. I grab her arm, not being able to see well with my eyes tearing, and take her through the door behind us.
