Trish,"Lead the way, boss."
Kyrie goes over to Patty, holding out her hand. Patty gets up, holding her hand tightly. I lead, taking to the stairs. Nero's behind me, everyone else falling in order. I open the window in my bedroom upstairs, going out first. I look around to see that none of them have made it up the stairs. Nero comes out. He helps the others out as I drop the ladder,"Ready?"
No one really says anything,"I'll go first, just follow me."
I jump down, grabbing my guns. When I hit the ground, I bring out my guns, shooting at the closest undead. None of my shots phase them, of course. Patty,"Head shots! That's the only way!"
Her voice takes me back a second, but her knowledge on this scares me. How does she know something I don't? Aside, I try shooting one in the head and it falls immediately,"Ha, jackpot."
Now, they're all going down. I have to remind myself that we're trying to get out of here, this isn't a shooting range. I look around, seeing a truck that must fit six. Perfect,"The truck, move!"
I take the lead, shooting as I go. We reach the truck, and the doors are locked. Wonderful. On top of all things, some type of creature is coming toward us. It looks turned inside out, and it's tongue is sticking out of it's mouth. Just what I need right now....
