"Dragon!" Wynn said, kneeling beside Dragon. "What is it? What's wrong?"
"I...I don't know!" Dragon replied, grimacing. "Get Shal and the others out of here!"
"What, why?" Wynn asked.
"JUST GO!" Dragon snarled, spinning around to face Wynn.
Gasping, Wynn took an involentary step backward. Dragon's face was contorted by pain, anger, and fear. The shadow that made up her body was slowly creeping up her neck and over her face. Her usual grey eyes had turned solid white.
"GO!" Dragon bellowed, her voice having a strange undertone growl to it.
Hesitating a moment, Wynn rushed out of the underground lab and upstairs to gather Shalimar and the guardians.
Still in the lab, Dragon sank again to her hands and knees as her body writhed and rippeled in no way a body could writhe or ripple. Bellowing, Dragon began pounding her fist against the ground. Each beat on the ground creates a dent in the dragon scale floor that grows larger and larger. As the shadow took over the last of Dragon's personality, she shot out of the house blindly following her instincts.
