capt. Will smiledas capt. deep walked towards her ship. she looked back at him, winked, and stepped onto the deck.
"stay out of trouble, you little scallywag." capt. Will smiled.
"when have i ever done otherwise?" capt. deep laughed back to her love, and then took the helm and the anchor was hoisted. she sailed off into the horizon, and capt. Will looked at his newfound crew.
"so, let's get going. i know the perfect place to steal us a treasure map. and in the future you will refer to me as capt. Smith, or sir. clear, mates?"
"Aye captain!" they cried and boarded the ship. capt. smith looked at the boat his love was sailing away in. he thought he saw her on the side, hanging to the riggings, waving her captains hat at him. he waved his hat as well, not knowing if she was really there or not. then he turned and climbed aboard his ship, already planning when the two would next meet.

capt. deep looked straight ahead into the setting sun. it would take another month to get back where they were, and they would be behind schedule. there would definately be more interuptions, and they may never reach the treasure before some other lucky crew could get there. with her in her pocket, there was something that hadn't been there before, a picture. a picture of Will. she couldnt ever forget him anyway, but it was nice to be able to see his face. he had signed it for her when he gave it to her, saying "ill always be a member of your crew at heart."
