Promise ~ There is no need to ask me Which one is weaker For it is the promise That is the easy one to break Promises are always made to me But never seem to follow through. It has happened to many times I'm starting to lose faith in you, You always make a new promise Every time I blink my eyes. For once, I just wish you could promise me something And follow that promise through But it just seems too hard for you to do. So promises are the weakest in this case, But I still pray That hopefully One will come through.
