I think it's easier to talk to people when you don't care what they think.
It's easier to speak when you're honest and vulnerable about yourself.
It's easier to stay curious about others when you don't try to have all the answers.
And lastly, it's easier to say what's on your mind if you're not stuck in the middle of it.
