Made to feature Polar Tear (Glacial Crystal Skin), and Pawsitively Polar (Jelly Horns), two items I thought matched much more than turned out to be the case, if I'm honest.

This is one I might come back to, to be honest, or even break up in two or three separate developed builds; the concepts are good, but I'm not sure how sold I am on the end result.
