So today I tried using Google Lens on phone. It didn't work. So I tried using it on my mom's phone (We all have the same phone) and it works. Why does my phone not work?

So ONCE AGAIN, i have to reset my phone to factory settings. sad . Delete everything. as always. the other day the camera malfunctions. not the first time it did that. but my phone seems to malfunction...my phone only.

We got our phones 2022, and 6 months into a BRAND NEW PHONE, my phone malfunctions. ONLY MINE. So the company replaces the brand new phone with a REFURBISHED one. we kept sending them back, until the last phone. The box didn't say refurbished so i thought i got a new manufactured phone. NOPE. It seems just another REFURBISHED phone with other people's PROBLEMS.

We have Moto G Stylus 5G (2021) version.
It sucks.
