WAKKA-WAKKA-WAKKA.
Maximums:
Situps: 30 with no break.
Punches with 3-Pound weights: 78 total.
Push-Ups: None.
Cobras: 4, but I had an awful crick in my back, when I try it tomorrow I'll try and get the crick out.
Leg-ups with 5 second rest between each one: 22.
Leg-ups with no rest: 4.
Back-Kicks: 52. (No weights) But my form sucks, so I'm sure the aerobic value was horrible, I kept losing my balance, and spinning in place...
Arm rolls: 20 reps, but my form was god-awful.
Balanced Curls: 115 Reps with 2-Pound weights.
