"Why do I have these feelings for this girl?" A young Dragon asked himself as he gazed apon her. He gently placed his hand on the window as she was sleeping peicefully in her bed. As he admired her grase a dragon was slowly approtching from behind him. "Atlas! You looking at that gorl again?" The dragon said in a soft and gentle voice. Atlas looked back at the young dragoness. "Sis, why is it that your the only one who understands me?" He asked as he looked back at the window and she placed her paw on his back. "The elders understand you more then me." She responded as she smiled and patted his back.
After she had left, he decides that he would ask the elders if they could help him go to the girl of his dreams. He never was able to understand why the other dragons hated humans so much. Giving a heavy sigh he shacks the thought from his mind as he approched the chamber of the elders.
A familur voice cuased him to stop apon entering the chamber. "Our child, we know why you have ventured here today." Spoke one of the elders in a musky voice. Young Atlas lowered his head blushing, as the elder rose and approtched him. "If you please my young friend walk with me." asked the elder as he streached out his hand and placed it on Atlas' shoulder. "if I'm correct you desire to be with a human, yes?" The elder's musky voice asked. The two stopped infront of a seeing mirror. Atlas looked up at the elder then the mirror, his eyes widen as he saw his face change to that of a human. "That is what you'd look like if you go to her." Atlas heard these words and looked long and hard at the face before looking back up to the elder.
"Hmm, some one looks cute!" Said another familur voice approtching from behind. "Go to her, I'll watch over both of you from here." The sweet voice said, but Atlas was able to detect a bit of sadness. He turned to look at his sister. Tears started to fill his eyes. "there is no need to cry, I will always love you dear brother." She said as she hugged him and wiped away his tears. He looked up at her then rested his head on her chest. "Th...thank you sis..." He said as they both looked at the elder. "I'm... ready." Said Atlas as his sister stepped back from him. The elder dragon started to chant old dragonic words as a bright light surrounds Atlas.
"I love you Rose, and I will never forget you..." Where Atlas' last words as he vanished in the light. Rose streached her hand into the fading light and started to cry. "Good bye my brother." She started to shiver as the light completely vanish. "No... no... Atlas" She screamed as she cried, knowing he will never be coming back. "It's ok he is always in your heart Rose." Said the elser. They watched Atlas appear in the human demention through the looking mirror.
