Race: Human/ Wind Elemental

Skills: Magic Arts. due to exessive use of magic upon themselves, their parents gave birth to him as a half elemental. Can regenerate and can use time based magic on a limited scale. Can control the wind. At the cost of his own free will, he can increace his power to that of almost godlike preportions, able to control the wind to its' fullest extent, regenerate lost limbs in seconds,and allow parts of his body to become intangible. He can use his time magic to heal as well.

Background: A mysterious young man from places forgotten, he wanders the Earth looking for himself, and a possible way to revive his brother, who fell in the heart of battle three years ago, to the hands of a demon named Beelzebub. It was during this battle he first found out about his seemingly godlike power. After his brother was slain, Tempest's eyes began to glow blue, and he slaughtered the demon in a single volley. Ever since he's vowed never to use that power again, unless he's absolutely compelled to do so. He's calm, and not quick to anger. But should his anger escape...
