Okay the neighbor best least soon they are ticking me off. It got to the point of freezing last night and it was raining. The neighbor left their cocker spainel outside in the rain no shelter. The dog was on a leash in that weather all night. I totally forgot about him. Mom brought him in when she got home. He been in our house most of the day. My cat aren't to happy. I smell like oranges and wet dog now.
