What is with that emoticon? What are its connotations? If it is "Whee! So much fun! biggrin ", why does it have that screwed up face thingy? If it is "Whee, you're such a dumbass..." I could understand, but why do people do " whee heart " when they are bumping or when they are answering a bid?
