Finally, it's winter break! I just got back (if you call just getting back at noon; three hours ago) from a sleep-over with my friends Sami, Gabriella, and Aunia. It was so much fun! When I first arrived, we decided to watch Phantom of the Opera. I don't really like that movie much, so I just sat and playing with Sami's two dogs, Jojo and Chewy. Jojo's a really fat beagle and Chewy's a black lab who loves ot play ball. x3 Soon, since we're all hyper spazs, we just gave up on watching a movie since we can't sit still for very long. Instead, we did each other's make-up. <3 I got some awesome black eyeliner, black eyeshadow, and some soft pink lipstick on. Oh, and some mascara. Though my eyelashes are already really thick so you couldn't tell. x3 After that, we ate some cardboard pizza. The reason why I call it that is because Sami's mom burnt the crust really bad, so it was pretty much cheese on cardboard. Nonetheless, I had a piece with a black cherry soda. Next, since the pizza wasn't very good nor filling, Sami set up a giant bowl filled to the brim with candy and we pigged out on that while watching Material Girls and painting each other's nails for a while.
Sime time went by, and, once again, we were too busy talking to pay attention to the movie. I took a glance outside and-- GASP! --since when did Sami have a trampoline? I hadn't been on one of those since I was seven or so; you can imagine what I was like. Aunia and I were jumping up and down laughing like crazy people, when Sami and Gabriella finally came out and jumped with us. Once we got tired of jumping, we sat down on the trampoline and played Truth or Dare. x3 A classic. Almost all the time everyone picked dare, and I had to do the craziest dares. I had to lick a tree, ding-dong ditch Sami's house twice, ding-dong ditch her neighbor's house, and kiss her dog Chewy. =3 I dared someone to lick a lamp post and her tongue almost got stuck to it since it was around eleven or so at night and freezing out. x3 Eventually, we somehow ended up back inside and watching the T.V. about some rapist. Since it was around one in the morning by then, Gabriella and Sami were getting nervous about watching a show like that in a deserted place like her house where everyone else's asleep. I was just plain disgusted, so we all agreed to turn it off. After that, everyone did their own thing. I played the computer, though Gaia doesn't work at their house for some reason, and all the other girls were watching some show on Animal Planet.
Now that it was three in the morning, Gabriella decided to go to sleep since she had soccer practice and Sami just passed out while watching Meerkat Manor. Aunia and I were bored, and restless due to an endless amount of sugar and caffiene in our system, so we decided to play a prank on Sami. Making sure she was asleep, we carefully stuck sticky-notes all over her. x3 'Tis quite fun, really. Since Aunia and I were determined to stay up all night, we just sat there on the couch, listening to music and writing. Well, I was listening to music and writing while she sat there playing games on her cell phone. xP; Sop it was like that until six in the morning or so, until we finally got a life. Sami and Gabriella were still sound asleep, so Aunia and I went out in the cold rain and jumpe don the trampoline.
Finally, I was forced to wake Sami up by making Chewy lick her face mercilessly. By that time, all the yelping and whining woke Gabriella up, and everyone was eventually up. Thank god, it was already nine AM. We still had a lot to do... We had a couple more sodas for energy and stuffed our pockets with candy, and snuck off to the woods near Sami's house to explore. It was pretty cool there, considering that there was a treehouse and a creek there. A couple of weeks ago a major windstorm hit our area, so a tree had apparently toppled over to make the perfect bridge across the creek. Being a complete show-off, as always, I ventured across the slippery tree trunk and worked my way through the thick vines that hung over my head; blocking my vision of the other side. I had finally reached the other side, and all my friends were yelling that it was dangerous since the tree trunk was so damp. As arrogant as always, I practically danced across the tree trunk to reach them; showing off fancy footsteps to show them that a small issue such as it being wet couldn't stop me! Since I had such a big head and was too preoccupied about thinking about how cool I looked, stepping flawlessly across a tree trunk where my watery death could lie below with a single misstep; you guessed it-- I misstepped. My foot fell into the water, and I was hanging dangerously close to being sweeped away. 'Tch... that can't stop me!' I had thought, I specifically remember that running through my head, and I easily swung my foot over and stood right back up. Now, though, I was much more cautious and much less egotistic, so I finished the journey across the dangerous tree trunk. Well, at least I had fun. Obviously, I was a bit shooken up, but I was knee-high in muddy water and my shoes squeaked when I walked; yet it was still nice to have some adventure in life, right?
-- I'll continue this later. I have to go. D= --
