Yes, my poems do not have headlines, nor do they need to. The people I write about know who they are, and the poem is still there even without a headline. I am happy that my love has made me able to express myself in this way, it has been a very big relief for me, because I think poems are a beautiful to express yourself and to give others hope and joy. So here it is:
Night Enveloped in horror Aguish and despair Pain and suffering Doomed to walk alone The prison of the mind ever deep Death - an escape from this madness?
Men of cruelty Men of low moral Men of evil
Will it ever end?
A glimpse of light Is something there? Her eyes hurt, trying to catch it The warmth....nice
Could it possibly be?
The ray it's...weak She wants to feel it, to hold it, bathe in it Bask in its glow, never looking away from it
The journey begins A long way to go The boat is set
The sea seems endless The boat, leaking Courage and morale low But determined they strive on Their hearts leading them
The souls aboard not looking backwards, but forwards Every little mile, a victory Every little victory, a smile, a feeling of something right Every little smile, a mile closer
Dawn After much endurement and struggle The light, before dim, now shining brightly The souls aboard now looking at each other
The warmth entering their hearts Filling them up, taking over what was just nothingness
Her eyes look at the light with vigor Although it hurts, she does not want to look away Never look away
She is home!
