one, day in the middle of winter, a girl was left to watch the house alone. it was freezing out, so the only way to stay warm was by the fire. she stayed wrapped in a blanket and looked around the empty house. everything was so quiet, that it was almost ear shattereing. all that was barely audible was the sound of the crackling fire. she little girl stared into the flames embers that rose from it. her eyes filled with sorrow of being alone in such a creepy house. her eyes filled with tears. then, suddenly, a loud noise came from upstairs. she screamed. the little girl ran and got a flashlight. she was curious yet frightened. the curiosity won and she ran upstairs into the attic freezing. she flicked the flashlight on and walked in slowly. "hello? is anyone here?" she walked to the middle of the attic and saw a small table with tons of stuff on it. she looked down at her feet to see a book covered in dust. she picked it up and blew the dust of. it was old and had a leather binding. even more curiously she opened the book. on the first page read "this is how your story begins and this is how it ends."
