I heard that three Hispanic families are suing St. Anne's Catholic School in Wichita, Kansas. They are suing this school for the reason that they do not like the school implementing English as the only language the children should be speaking in the school. St. Anne's Catholic School had implemented this because the son/s of those three families had been talking maliciously about a fellow student. St. Anne's just wanted to keep the innocent children from being bullied. The son/s invovled were expelled for some other behavior issue. The families thought of that to be a racial discrimination of some sort. The case will be settled later this week. Is this really discrimination in a place where English is known by the majority of the nation? If bullying really is the issue, is the school right to make the policy "ENGLISH ONLY"? In a nation full of different races and different cultures, language is what unites us. Its ok to speak different languages, but to what extent???
