Arion started off as the daughter of a farmer by the name of Ordan. When she turned fifteen, a monster attacked the village she lived in. There had been a knight ordered to watch the village by the prince who would later be known as the Dragon King, Macenion, but shortly after he tried to slay the fiend, he was mortally wounded. Arion, with no experience with a sword, picked up the fallen knight's sword, and attacked the beast, killing it. This was only the start of her heroism, for thirty years, she protected the peace of Filandryth and ensured the Dragon King's safety until, one day the two of them vanish. Where they went no one knows...
It is believed her full name is Arion Blackthorn, but some dispute that her name was Aleryon/Alerion instead of Arion. It is also unknown whether she has any living descendants, but there is no way to prove either way...
