When provoked Jack can be quite fierce, the full extent of the coldest winters coming forward to confront the provoker.

Skills: Jack is a master at all things involving ice and snow including snow ball fights, ice skating, and sledding.
Abilities: Jack has an amazing stamina and energy life the one found in childhood. He's able to go for days nonstop without breaking or calming.
Powers: Jack has control of the ice, the snow, and the bitter winds that blow. His powers range from conjuring snow by dropping temperatures and solidifying water vapor to carrying himself long distances on the wind by creating powerful gusts to lift his light body high into the sky. He also can slowly take the heat and life from objects, which is how he changes the colors of the leaves when Autumn first rolls around.
Technology/Weapons/Pharpenilia: The only thing that Jack carries on his person is the staff which he channels his powers through. The staff itself is around six foot, two inches and is topped with a crescent to grab and swing. The material itself is solid rowan wood, twisting and growing into this natural shape.
History

Jack was first brought into the world by Father Winter when he grew too old to bring the frost and the cold to every day life by himself. He taught jack the powers of ice and snow and of the wonders and fun found within each one of them. For years they worked together in the European countries, spreading farther and farther each year. When finally Jack was old enough to set out on his own, Father Winter wished him well and sent him on his way, to travel around the entire world to spread the cold and the snow.
From that point on Jack has accepted his responsibility and spread his icy dreams. Yet, he never forget the first few hundred years of his life as a young child while he had the most fun. So, with those memories fresh in his mind, he travels and causes mischief and drama for his own entertainment. Most people don't enjoy this but to him, it's one of the few ways he can find pleasure.
