The Gaia Standard Time clock (GST) shows the time it is in Gaia ( but everyone knows that already.) You also most likely noticed that the lights change to coordinate with the appropriate time. One of my friends told me about this cool little Glitcher's trick to change the lights. Type 12341234 ( you don't have to hit enter for this to work) and watch as the lights change. Works best when it is night time in Gaia. *NOTE: the lights change ONLY on your screen, not on everyone else's*

Everywhere around the Gaian towns, there are random flowers, bugs, and pieces of trash. These random objects actually do have purposes. The flowers can be collected and made into a beautiful bouquet at the flower shop, the bugs can be made into ink for tattoos at the Durem Depot ( but you need 50 of the same type of bug to make ink), and the trash can be made into a cool surprise at Ruby's Rack. So the next time that you see a piece of trash lying around, a bug flying around the town, or a flower just growing out of some random spot, pick it up and trade it in for something useful.

When I have been hanging out in the towns, a very common question that comes up in many conversations I have had (and over heard) is "How do I earn more gold?" Here is a list of the different ways to earn gold:
1. commenting in the verizon message bottles
2. selling items on the market
3. shaking up trees, flowers, and rocks
4. writing posts
5. commenting on people's profiles
6. surfing Gaia
7. playing games
8. watching the trailers that say "watch this and earn gold"
9. buy some gold
10. complete offers

Allright so EVERYONE knows about the noobs, because we were all one at one point. Some noobs are just eager to jump into everything, earn gold, spend gold, make friends, and figure everything out which is a good thing as long as they aren't rude and annoying. Then there are other more idiotic noobs who go and do stupid stuff, and act all immature. Then there are some noobs who aren't really new because they have other, older accounts (like me biggrin ) and just want to change things up. Lastly there are the noobs who just go with the flow and begin acting like the pro gaians. Unfortunately, the idiot noobs are the most common in the towns of Gaia. These noobs arent that difficult to spot (so you don't need a ninja to find them ninja ). In fact, these noobs are abundant in every room. It is reccommended that more mature and proffesional gaian's stay away from these kinds of noobs in order to avoid getting pissed off. If you see one of these noobs or one approaches you and says immature and/ or inappropriate things, feel free to ignore them, turning them into harmless little semi-transparent figures walking around your screen. Please comment on this post if you have had any experience with noobs (bad, good, and/ or otherwise) and share your experience with other readers of this journal.
