[Roy always wanted his parents to love him. That was why he wanted to learn so many things like the piano and violin. Juggling came natural to him. He was the top of his class to make his parents proud. He felt that he should be a great child for his parents before they retired and passed away, although it was a long time for that to happen. He used to be very good friends with his sister Charlotte, but she could never be as good as him. He felt that if his sister was not as good as him, his parents would look down on both of them because he would be with her. He did not want that.. In fact, he started to ignore Charlotte because he wanted his parents to love him more. As they grew apart, Roy began thinking nothing of his sister. He began to be mean to her, just like their parents were. He wanted to be a successful man like his father and he felt the need to act like him as well.
