Eek! I hate this part! These are possessives. I'll have to make a chart.

*The OWNER's gender is not described. This "theirs" is singular, and refers to his/hers.

** Plural and formal. Kind of like, "You, the people's" but it doesn't have to be used in some formal speech or something. o.o It also does not refer to EVERYBODY. It refers to how ever many people you wish to specify, like Y'all (but Y'all is informal, so I couldn't use that example..)
