Calm cheery and laid back and somewhat of a pacifist.
Vin really just lives life relaxing away knowing that the
great U.K. took care of his expenses. His carefree and smooth
attitude has a way of giving him the ability to rub people the right way.

Bio
Born in Palmero Sicily he was raised to be a delivery boy for
ships that sailed between Napoli and Palmero and frequently crossed their waters
between the two. He started with his father at the age of 8 while his elder sister
Casmina stayed home and cooked. at the age of 13 he began taking the trips alone
his father becoming too ill to sail he noticed something wrong every night he came home
his sister would be bruised in certain places and became very monotone from her cheery self.
One night he came home to find his father had strangled his sister killing her and before he had
the chance to catch him his father had fled their farmhouse. After mourning for two years and a life
of solitude his luck ran up when a major cooperation of boating industries in Brittan asked if he
could oversee the crafting of boats and two years later made enough money to begin traversing the world.
