Again...

Well, anyway, This will be for....who the hell knows. Random s**t I guess.
So, I'm reading this book called The Blue Sword by Robin McKinley. I absolutely love it. It's about a girl name Harry (she doesn't like her real name) who is literally taken from her bed in the middle of the night by Corlath whose the Hillfolk king. She's taken due to kelar or 'the Gift' (That's what they called it in The Hero and the Crown which is the before story for the kingdom of Damar) and she ends up the right hand to Corlath. I haven't finished it, but I have a feeling there's going to be a little more to their relationship then just King-Rider. It's very interesting. I suggest it to anyone who likes fantasy.
Let's see, I'm working on this piece. It's a bunch of feathers cluttered together. There are some feathers I like, and some I don't. Mostly, I like how I painted them, some are very nice, they have nice shapes and shades. : )
Ummm what else? I also write. Let's talk about that. I'm working on a bunch of stuff, one story includes Godavia and Lucifer. Also, stuff for random Gaia Writing Contests.
And, finally, I guess I'll mention this little tidbit. There a boy in Cambodia who has a friend snake. I say friend rather then pet because it's a long a** snake who sleeps with him, and let's the child ride him, and it's been with him since the boy was three months old. I thought it was such a cute story.
Since the snake is a girl, I find it very interesting and wonder if perhaps, they were together in a previous life and the snake came back to her soul mate and stayed with him.
It's adorable. :3 I love reptiles. They amuse me lol.
