I can't say the right thing anymore
I can't do the right thing anymore
All I se are failur and lies
Hidden behind the pain in my eyes
My pride disappeared in the moment that you left
My heart was gone, stolen in a breath
All that I treasured is gone
Everye has abandoned me
Or have I just abandoned everyone
My friends, my family
Even myself now that I see
What is there left for me
Now that I'm no longer the person that I used to be
My reflection is not the one I know
It is different from the one the mirror did show
As everything falls to pieces around me
I can't put them back so that I can see
Who will I be, when the last pieces falls
Who will be, behind these walls
Who will I be
Surely not the man I was
Surely not the man I had wanted to be
Will I be the person you hold near
Or will I be the monster I see reflected in the mirror

What causes people to depart
And build walls around their heart
What pain could run so deep
To cause them to cry themselves to sleep
What could make them hide their hearts, so I've been told
Behind a wall so icy and cold
What could have hurt them that bad
To make their lives, eternally sad
Why do they only stare
And never see how their friends care
They blind themselves with foolish pride
Never just enjoying life's ride
They keep all their love and emotions inside
Trying so hard to hide
Behind the walls around their heart
Tearing all their love apart
And why is it when they finally realize
All the love before their eyes
The candle of their life flickers dim
Destroyed by their own heart's, icy wind
