Due to certain events, I have taken a hiatus from Gaia. It was during this hiatus that I've come to rediscover what is truly meaningful to my life and what gives my life meaning. I have come to find that I don't need Gaia in my life and it was truly giving me a headache and unnecessary stress in my life. I got sick of the drama and petty-childish behavior that lots of people displayed on here. This is a time-sink; the time that I was spending on here I could be doing something that made me truly happy. This is not anymore; Gaia has lost it's charm to me....and was making me miserable and frustrated. This became more than a fun hobby, it became a stressful job. A job that doesn't make me money, pay for my bills and get me anywhere in life. This was cutting into my life, not only socially but personally. It was ruining friendships that I've had for years as well as taking a huge toll on me. I am jaded from all that I put up with on here.
I am so much happier now and my life has taken a turn for the better! I have an amazing boyfriend, who is the love of my life. We are getting married next fall! <3<3<3 I have been devoting all my time to preparing for our wedding, my job, my dogs and things that truly bring out the best in me.
I love all the friends I have made on here. I will be on here sparingly, if at all -- to be perfectly honest. I will not be rehoming any of my pets. They are mine and will forever be mine, as most I have a special attachment to. Thank you all for making my time here enjoyable and wish the best for everyone! =D
