copy the html from the media then go to www.tektek.org. go to the profile themes/videos, then along the right hand side there is a link that says profile video, click that. then put the html into the space provided and decide if u want ur video delayed or not (when a user comes on do u want the video playing immediantly or not) and summit it.
next copy that code and go to ur profile. hit the edit my profile in the upper right hand corner. then go to contents, under that is a link for media, hit that. then edit ur media with the new code u have and put a title with it and ur finished.
