Well, I haven't been to this site in a while. Once again it's kind of lost its appeal. Oh well, bought a few new things, now I'm looking a little more light-hearted. Hm, maybe I'll start posting again, who knows.

Well after one very hectic semester, it's good to be home, letting things slowdown. It's amazing, I quit coming to this site for like a month, and now look how jazzy it's gotten. I find my interest in Gaia comes in waves. I'll post and explore a lot, then get totally bored and won't return for a couple of months. Then the fascination starts all over again. Funny isn't it?
Of course one thing I'll probably always be addicted to is Deviantart. Man I've put so much time and heart into that site, I even surprise myself. I guess this brings up a good point, on how much we depend on the internet to stay connected and project our own images onto the web. It's almost become a necessity. Funny thing indeed. Posting some of my old poems for a new friend to look over, now, I'm no "Poe" or "Blake" but rather an ameature (one can only hope to aspire to such great heights). On to the poem-->
This is a really old poem, I wrote about a friend, sorry if it sounds like I'm repeating a lot, but my intention was to drive home the self mutilation.

How could you do this to yourself? Must you punish your body for every mistake? You abuse the blade so often, you've lost so much of yourself. Blade, cut, and bleed. Needle, stick, and bleed.
It's not your fault those sins of old. How I wish to erase your scars, cure your mind of all its poison. Anything to make you okay...Blade, cut, bleed, and scab. Needle, stick, bleed, and scab.
I know you denounce all human ties, but that is what you are. You feel, you fault, you hurt, and you even cry. No matter the solitude, you are still you. Blade, cut, bleed, scab, and regret. Needle, stick, bleed, scab, and regret.

I found out something really interesting this past week. One of my friends at the University is like best buds with the man "Johnen Vasquez". I nearly collapsed when she told me. She told me how "Squee" was actually modeled after the little brother, of one of Johnen's friend, who she also knew. I don't know why I thought that was amazing, but hey, kudos to her! Just thought I'd share that random fact with everyone in the world! domokun

crying spring break is just too short. Well, I actually have a little time to post so life is busy, and it's going to get busier. Two briefings and two tests are coming up this week alone. I have three color guard missions to perform in the next two months and a physical fitness test. What fun, summer can't come soon enough. I do have to say though, college is great. Busy but great. xp
