...that I'm the best person ever to hire by the hour. I work as a temp for the company my mom works for. And I get payed 12 dollars per hour to burn CDs for clients of their content for the screens the company puts in grocery stores. (If anyone shops at a place with screens like that, I'd love to hear your opinion of them, if you have one...) So, I don't do this often, only when I'm needed.
The last time I did this, which was also the first time, it only took me 4 hours to make about 30 discs. And I was going slowly. The woman I'm temping for was really surprised when my mom told her how long it took me. Now, I could have lied and said that it took me about twice as long and I could have gotten 96 dollars instead of the 48 I got. So I cost this huge company just about no money in the broad scheme of things...
So, I got more work about three weeks ago. And I'd been meaning to do it, but I'm going to Germany soon, so my life has been consumed by fund raising activities for that. So my mom says that I should get on that because the woman kind of needs the stuff.
I'm trying to draw out more time. I'm about 25% done and it hasn't even been an hour. I've tried to draw out the time by eating dinner, and posting here.
Blast my German efficiency!! Why couldn't I be more lazy and Irish?
