I wasn't going to question this strange girl as she ran out of Orochimaru's hid out. I was doing good just being alive. Before I knew it we were darting through the forest at a speed I didn't know possible. It was only seconds later after a blur of almost literally flying through the heavily wooded forest, jumping and clearing a large lake, and going over a large hill that the girl stopped.

We arrived at a large clearing that was near the edge of a river that flowed towards the lake we had literally jumped over. The girl dropped me on the ground just a man came into the camp site. The girl seemed to be friends with the man as she kneeled down to the river bank and scrubbed the blood from her fingers.
The man was taller than the girl and looked to be older as well so I assued him to be the girls father or sensei. He had a face that had just started to show signs of missing periodic shavings. He had green eyes that were backgrounded by very dark brown hair that seemed to grow straight upwards. A forehead protector kept his hairline from his forehead invisible, and the symbol on the forhead protector indicated that he was from the Leaf Village.
"When you told me you had business to attend to, I didn't think you'd bring home a kid" the man said walking over to the girl barely giving me a glance. The girl dried her hands off on her baggy shirt that looked like it should have torn away a long time ago. It had stains and was torn in several places revealing scats on her body. Her pants which were old looking and baggy, went down half past her knee. She had no shoes on and the bottoms of her feet had many scars.
"Does it matter? The boy has the same eyes as you. We've both heard this term to often. So many people seek the same thing as us. Which is why I'm assigning you to train the boy to become a Chunin. The Chunin Exam is coming up. Have him ready." the girl said and she disapeared as a blur into the forest.
The man sighed and stretched. He too had on old baggy clothing that had tears in it showing off large muscles. A dark vest was the only thing that looked somewhat decent. I guess he saw me staring at him so he said, "You like it?" He stuck his thumbs in the sides of the vest and slightly lifted it away from his body to admire it himself "I got in the last town. What that was a month or so ago I think.... I dunno I lost track of time." He kneeled down next to me and stared me in the eyes. "Ahh so your just a stray. Well, I can't ignore Kaida-sensei. Do you want me to train you?" A large object seemed to be stuck in my throat... I was nervous but power hungry.
"Yes"
