We went to Kaede's hut, and saw everyone outside, hanging out, except for InuYasha, who was nowhere to be seen. I took a seat next to Shippo. "Hiya Bella! How's training?" I smiled. "Okay, I guess." I told him. "Wanna play?" he fired another question. "Sure. What do you wanna play?" He thought for a minute. "You can fly, right?" I nodded, and flung out my wings, totally showing off. "Could you guve me a ride? I mean...I can fly, but I'm kinda slow, so..." I stood up, and took him in my arms. Then I opened my wings, gave a little running start, and took off. "WOW!" Shippo cried. "This is GREAT!" "Thanks. But you know, you're the only one I think I could lift up here, so you're really special." I could tell that Shippo liked being called 'special'. As we zoomed around, InuYasha came under us, then jumped up, trying to grab me. Shippo cried out, and I did my best not to yell too. I dodged his attack. He did it again. And again. Soon it was a game. I was laughing madly, just like Shippo. Soon, though, I couldn't carry him anymore. "'Kay, InuYasha, look out. I'm comming down." I landed and put Shippo down. As soon as I did, InuYasha pounced on me. We began wrestling, me mainly trying to keep my head up. "JEEZZ, InuYasha! What were you doing while you were away?!? Taking caffiene pills?" InuYasha just fought harder. Finally, I agve him a good kick in the stomach, and he let go. I squirmed away, laughing and panting. "...what...was...that...for?" I said, falling to the ground. InuYasha just shrugged. I figured that that was the best answer I would get out of him, so I went inside where everyone was eating dinner. "Hey. We saw you out there with InuYasha. What were you two doing anyway?" Miroku said as I took a seat next to him. "Well, I don't know what he was doing, but I was fighting for my life. Gawd, he's really strong. Its like while I was away he was taking caffiene packs or something." Just then InuYasha came in and sat down next to me. "Hungry?" I asked, handing some food. "Starved." he said, and took the food. "So, hows training?" Kagome asked. I shrugged. "Pretty good, I suppose." InuYasha, though, said "Feh. She needs a lit of work." I glared. "Well, maybe if you stopped yelling so much, you wouldn't make me so tense." "Tense is good. Besides, I only yell when I'm angry." "God, am I really that bad?" "Yes." I froze. "Why do you think that I was fooling around with you and Shippo? I was making you work. I couldn't believe you were having fun, especially when I've seen you other times totally serious." Wow. I didn't even think of it that way until he said it. "I'm really that bad?" I asked again, quieter this time. "Yes." I looked down at my food, not all that hungry anymore. "...oh..." Kagome looked furious. "InuYasha!" "What?" he snipped. "Oh, forget it! You'd never get it anyway!" "I'm sorry." I told InuYasha. "Bella, don't tell him you're sorry! There's no reason to be! You're working hard!" Sango said. I nodded a little, then got up. "I'll...I'll be back later." I said, then left.

"InuYasha, you jerk!" Kagome cried. "Why did you do that? She's doing her best!" "feh. I don't care. She's still not that good." "rrrrrrrrr.......SIT!" InuYasha fell to the ground. "InuYasha, I want to show you something." Sango said, and got up. "Everyone can come, as long as you all stay quiet. Got it? I think I know where Bella went." So, with Sango leading, everyone went to the well, where they saw Bella training. "Wow. Look at her go." Miroku commented. "I've never seen her powers before." Kagome said. "Me neither." added Shippo. "See?" Sango asked InuYasha. "See how hard she works for you? For all of us? She wants you to be proud of her, or at least satisified." InuYasha watched, suprised. "She's not usually that good when I see her." "She's nervous around you. She's afraid that you're going to give up on her. So she thinks that, then can't work her best." InuYasha watched some more. He stayed even when everyone else went back. It was only when he thought Bella saw him that he left.

I couldn't believe InuYasha thought that I was THAT bad. I ran right to the well and began to train. I trained in ways I've never thought of before. It was nearly sunrise when I went back.
