Kaede looked at my strangely. "What is it?" I asked. She looked at my chest. "WHats that pendant ye are wearing?" she asked. I looked down. "Oh that? I've had that almost my whole life! My Grandma gave it to me." "The one that died from Naraku?" Kagome asked. I nodded. "I remember it perfectly. It was my 4th Birthday, the last one I had with her. After opening my gifts, she came over and gave it to me. She said 'Bells, this is a special pendant, just for you. I want you to always wear it, never take it off. Okay?' And I nodded and said 'o.k. Gramma' and I never did take it off. Not even in the water, or getting changed, or sleeping. It never made a problem for me at all. I feel connected to it somehow...maybe its just because its a special gift from Grandma." I said, shrugging. Kaede nodded, seemingly deep in thought. "Maybe" she said. "You're a half-demon, right?" she asked. I nodded. The pendant itself was a YinYang symbol held by a silver chain, and it wasn't too big, not too small. It was the only jewelry I really liked. Kaede was still looking at me strangely, but I ignored it. "So....ready to go?" I asked. Kagome and Sango nodded. Shippo jumped on my shoulder and cried "Lets go!" I jumped up happy to finally be on our way. Everyone else got up too, and we went out, ready to go!
