Welcome Home

Ganju sat against the small house and stared up at the sky. Thoughts of Elena came to him. It had been about a week since he last her. He didn't like being forced to leave like he was.

"Elena!" Ganju shouted as he ran over to her lifeless body. He lefted her up and shook her. "Elena! Elena! Speak to me! Please!" He noticed the blood on his hands and began to shake. "Damn it! Wake up!"

"Ganju!" Kukaku shouted as she stepped tord him. "What are yo-" she stopped when she saw his face full of tears and Elena in his arms. Her eyes widened. "I prayed this day wouldn't come."
"Sis....What do you mean?" Ganju squeezed Elena's body. "You knew about this?!"
Kukaku sighed. "Yes, I did."
Ganju looked down at Elena. "You knew this whole time, didn't you?"
Kukaku said nothing. It was her answer.

Ganju sighed. Just knowing they hid that awfull secret behind him was hurtful. But he was thankful that he could hold Elena for that time. If it wasn't for Kenpachi he wouldn't of had that chance.

"AAHHH!! It's Captain Kenpachi Zaraki!" Ganju pointed and screamed at the intimidating Captain. "Its that Pretty Boy to!"
Yumichika growled. But he was silenced by their Captains voice.
"You were with Ichigo, weren't you?" He smiled.
"Ah, so you remember me?Yeah, thats right. I was with Dandelion head."
"What's your name?" Kenpachi turned for the hole in the wall he made.
Ganju swallowed. "My name is Ganju Shiba, Of the Shiba Clan."

Yumichika jumped hearing that name. "Your Ganju Shiba?! Your Elena's father!"
Ganju jumped. "Yeah, thats right. She is. I suppose she was one of your friends."
"Well of course! she was with us when we first met.You ugly fool."

Kenpachi looked at Ganju. "So your her father. She didn't seem the same after she saw you. No wonder you two seemed to avoid each other."

Ganju sighed. "Yeah well....I'm getting over the fact she is one of you."
"Good, I'll take you to her if you want to see her." Kenpachi walked out the room. Ganju looked at the ground and then started to follow.

But after seeing Elena in that bloody state he has allways wondered about her. Praying she was alive.

"Why didn't you tell me sooner!?" He shouted at Kukaku
She punched him across the face. "Don't yell at me! Have you considered that she was afraid that you would hate her?"
Ganju jumped and lowered his head.
"Now lets go. We are on their side. This is their Territory. Be lucky their letting you live." she sighed as she walked tords the open gate.
Ganju looked back and growled. "Come back home to us. Elena."

He was still waiting for her to return. He had a feeling she wasn't but you couldn't blame him. After the way he treated her.
Bonnie snorted next to him which caused him to smile. "Bonnie, I saw Elena. She's was allright, but now, I'm not to sure if she still is."
Bonnie let out a snort then her snout began to sniff the air.
"What is it Bonnie?"
She stood up and squinted to look off into the distance. Bonnie's eyes widened and ran after the siloute in the sunlight.
"B-Bonnie!?"He chased after her and looked ahead to what she was looking at.
He froze in shock when he recognized the figure.
"Bonnie!" Elena shouted hugging Bonnie and laughing.She then looked up at Ganju.

They stared at each other which seemed like hours between them. She clinched her hands into a fist and held back her tears. She swallowed pushing them back.
"Da-..I mean, Ganju....I-"
Ganju raised a hand. He closed his eyes and sighed. "Don't even say anything." He then smiled and lifted his thumb. "Welcome Home, Elena Shiba. My daughter."

Elena stared at him. "Elena...Shiba?"
"Yeah, we never told you about the tattoo on your back. I figured accepting you back here would be a good chance to." Ganju opened his eyes.
Elena began to tear up. "Daddy?"
Ganju opened his arms beckoning her to come to him for a hug.
She smiled big and ran into his arms. "Daddy!"
He hugged her tight. "Elena."

Kukaku walked out to see the two and she smiled. "Looks like the family is complete again." She looked up at the sky and smiled "Thank you for watching over her. Kaien."
